Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms apply to anyone using ParkNavigator's website, subscription service, or individual park navigator sites. By subscribing to or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What ParkNavigator Is

ParkNavigator is a wayfinding tool that helps couriers and delivery drivers locate individual caravans and pitches at participating holiday parks, using GPS-based search and turn-by-turn directions via your own choice of Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze.

Please note: ParkNavigator is a navigational aid, not a substitute for careful driving or attention to on-site signage, speed limits, or park staff instructions. You remain fully responsible for driving safely and following any rules set by the park you're visiting.

2. Subscriptions & Payment

3. Your Account & Access

Access is provided via a one-tap email login link — there are no passwords to manage. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to it could request a login link for your subscription.

One device at a time

Each park subscription is licensed for use on a single device at a time, per park. This is to keep the service fair and affordable — a subscription is for personal use, not for sharing between multiple people. If you get a new phone or are locked out in error, contact hello@parknavigator.co.uk and we'll reset your device promptly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ParkNavigator only for its intended purpose — finding your way to a specific pitch or caravan — and not to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts found in breach of these terms.

5. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to keep caravan and pitch locations accurate and up to date, but park layouts can change, and errors are possible. ParkNavigator is provided "as is," without any guarantee that location data is complete, current, or error-free. Always be prepared to use your own judgement, park signage, or ask on-site staff if something doesn't look right.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep ParkNavigator available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkNavigator is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including but not limited to missed deliveries, delays, or reliance on inaccurate location data. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the payment method you used to subscribe, or by contacting us. We may suspend or end access to the service, with reasonable notice where practical, if these terms are breached or if we need to discontinue the service.

9. Intellectual Property

The mapping data, software, and content that make up ParkNavigator remain the property of ParkNavigator and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to build a competing service without permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the service grows. Continued use of ParkNavigator after a change means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date above.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
